Requesting a refund
Contact support at [support email] with your username and the order. [Eligibility: e.g. within N days of purchase, and conditions such as the license not having been used.] Refunds are reviewed and issued by our staff; there is no automatic refund button.
How refunds are paid
- Card: returned to the original card through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up.
- Crypto: we send you a link where you choose the address to receive the refund, then we approve the payout.
What happens to your license
When an order is refunded, the time it added is removed from your license. If that was all the time you had, the license ends.
